Privacy Policy

This policy covers ironbrothersfilms.com and its pages for Iron Brothers Films, Captain Kepler Creativ, and Lantern by Sea (together, "the site"). The site is run by Josh Smith, doing business as Captain Kepler Creativ ("we", "us").

What we collect

The site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no comment boxes, so we don't ask you for personal information. We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you and keep it only as long as the conversation needs.

Hosting and delivery

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also delivers its images. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. That processing is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Embedded video

Films on the site play through YouTube. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. Once you do, the video comes from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, and Google's privacy policy applies to that playback.

Links to other sites

Some links lead to other sites, such as Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold from your emails, or ask us to delete it, at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
